[attr="class,"bioentry"]Born and raised on the streets of the big city Lono didn't have much to look forward to. He was a scrawny Alolan kid with big dreams and an empty house. Mom and dad were always working and left him and his younger brother to take care of each other. Lono often bucked up and took the time to take entire care of his brother, which often brought them closer together but at times left them at odds. Lono wasn’t always the happiest child to be around and could tend to lash out at his brother, mostly verbally but sometimes by starting fights.[break][break]

Luckily he learned soon enough to take the fights outside the house, turning into somewhat of a bully to other children. He admitted early on that he wasn’t the type of person he wanted his brother looking up to, but he couldn’t help his violent streak. He soon got involved into a few street gangs, which he was strangely good at keeping up with. He got his violent fix and started pushing small time drugs and guns to pass the time. He brought in a bit of money this way and started spoiling his brother in small ways, and managed to make sure they both were well fed and the fridge at home stocked.[break][break]

Eighteen came and went very fast and Lono found himself moving into his own apartment and leaving his brother in the hands of his parents, though he wouldn’t allow it for long. He found himself lonely without his brother, and holding a longing for his company, and ended up practically moving him into his apartment. Which ended badly once they both got robbed when they were out, and nearly held at gunpoint by a rival gang. Lono luckily managed to shoot both of them and get them out of the house before anything too serious could happen, and decided he needed a change of scenery.[break][break]

A couple of street friends and small time gang crimes didn't really fit his bill, he wanted stability and a home. Granted it took him a good long while to find just that, but he eventually did in the arms of a growing mafia at entry level. He did the dirty work, money collection and drug distribution, but once he proved his worth he began to climb the ranks. The boss of the outfit liked him, liked him enough that when he got strong and cold enough he became a bodyguard to some of the more important outfit members. Lono had an uncanny ability to appear to shut off his emotions when times became tough, against crying mothers and pleading teens with no sense of loyalty.[break][break]

It took a toll on him though, and he felt his soul torn out bit by bit the longer he stayed. Eventually, like most do, he realized he didn't want to die in the hands of criminals who would give him an anonymous service and false sympathies. So he went to the police, and agreed to rat out certain members of the family in exchange for witness protection. While it was difficult and took a while, Lono was able to retire with a handsome amount of money for his services, and moved to an inconspicuous little town where he intended to live the rest of his life. His brother, however, would make that difficult. Being in Team Rocket made his entire life turn upside down, and he was upset to say the least. Stuck now between a rock and a hard place Lono decided that his only course of action was to come out of retirement, and take care of his younger brother. He did so by joining forces with Rocket as their resident enforcer, but luckily this time he wasn’t making as many house calls.
