Welcome to the Alola region! The sun shines, the air is sweet, and trouble is brewing on the horizon! The region is nothing but lovely stretches of beach and towering glittering cities, with a little bit of mystery sprinkled in. Between the palm trees and the locals you'll feel nothing but welcome into the main tourist attraction out of all the regions!
With trouble on the horizon though, things may not be the best at the moment. With Team Skull growing in power and Team Rocket invading the region things are currently less than ideal. Considering their similar goals it seems that they've decided to form an alliance, so long as they don't get in each others way! Despite the alliance though team members have been known to fight with each other, and aren't always on the friendliest terms.
Team Skull with their goal to use Solgaleo and Lunala to bring back the ghosts of the past, it seems alchemy is making a big comeback. Mainly composed of those who have lost someone in their past, Team Skull doesn't seem to be inherently evil, just mostly misunderstood. This still won't stop them from stealing and extorting pokemon though!
Team Rocket on the other hand has just the same goals as they've always had. To take over the entire region, and to destroy anyone who would get in their way. Mainly composed of thugs and kids from broken homes with something to prove, pokemon extortion is their main game, and stealing pokemon is practically a trademark.
Between two groups, general trainers, and the Ranger Association, things are really about to get shaken up!
